Refurbishment of a 110 sqm duplex apartment house, with the major interventions being the replacement of the existing floor cover with high quality laminated wooden floor parquets and the conversion of the staircase parapet wall into a multi-purpose bar, thus creating a spacious living room. The lighting composition of the whole interior has been changed accordingly.
